Download the next three files and install them in order:

1. WinTV-D driver version 19139
2. WinTV-D update
3. WinTV-D application version 3.31

Windows2000 and WindowsXP:

Download the next three files and install them in order:

1. WinTV-D WindowsXP/2000 driver version 3.11
2. WinTV-D update
3. WinTV-D application version 3.31

Your PC must be restarted to complete the driver installation for Windows 2000.
