If you have HD PVR 2 or Colossus 2, please make sure you have attempted the following before you contact support.

  1. Download and install the latest drivers for your product here
  2. Update the drivers for your graphics card and sound card from their respective manufacturers websites (a list of the common manufacturers shown below)
  3. Check your USB and video cables and make sure they are firmly plugged in.

If you have a Hauppauge TV tuner, please make sure you have attempted the following before you contact support.

  1. Download and install the latest drivers for your product here
  2. Update the drivers for your graphics card and sound card from their respective manufacturers websites (a list of the common manufacturers shown below)
  3. Download all the latest updates from Microsoft for your operating system here

  • How do I find my product?

  • Please include as much detail as you can such as aerial type (rooftop/indoor), error messages given, solutions you have already tried, what CD version is installed etc.
